We strive to align your skill sets with the team cultures and personas that the company considers its standard. 

Before you select an internship, we'll ensure you're prepared to effectively represent the chosen company's products.

You're entering a merit-based ecosystem, where you are the master of your destiny. 

Sales isn't for everyone. We only pursue the top 10% of candidates exiting the military who have proven their "Mamba Mentality" to us. (Kobe reference)

Like anything in life, you will get out of this what you put into it. 

We follow DoDI 1322.29, titled “Job Training, Employment Skills Training, Apprenticeships, and Internships (JTEST‑AI) for Eligible Service Members.”

The DoD promotes Skillbridge as a 180-day program. 

However... (big however)

We follow the guidance from the approving authorities to ensure the US Military is maintaining a mission-first posture. 

The candidates with the most success can conduct a 4-5 month Skillbridge Program through Service 2 Software. 

YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICE 2 SOFTWARE IF YOU HAVE 90 DAYS OR LESS.
